President and CEO
Daniel Bryant
President and CEO Daniel Bryant is a results-driven construction and project manager with over 20 years of expertise in marine and industrial construction, parks and recreation, oil field services, and emergency spill response. Daniel conceptualized and launched Bryant Industrial Solutions, LLC, single handedly starting as an industrial contractor in The Port of Brownsville and South Padre Island area.
Since he has expanded completing top of the line projects throughout the state of Texas and Louisiana. In 2015, he along with Gary Glick and Bob Glick formed Friends of RGV Reef, a nonprofit corporation whose main goal was to create a 1650-acre artificial reed off the coast of South Padre Island. Daniel is on the Board of Directors and currently serves as the Treasurer. He is the chief coordinator for the reef projects and uses Bryant Industrial Services as the main contractor.
Senior Supervisor
Ray Moya
As a Senior Supervisor, Ray Moya has been employed with Bryant Industrial Services since 2015. He is a reliable Construction Professional offering more than 35 years of success in Construction Project Management.
He has a history of directing projects and ensuring safety all around while offering expertise and top of the line customer service. He inspects construction to guarantee that workmanship conforms to plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
Senior Supervisor
Santos Padilla
As a Senior Supervisor, Santos Padilla has been employed with Bryant Industrial Services since 2012. He is our lead spill responder offering a vast knowledge of concrete work and marine construction.
Mr. Padilla’s expertise includes overseeing subcontractors and laborers, developing and following schedules, monitoring progress and completing projects promptly and safely.
GM
Jimbo Garza
As GM, Jimbo is one of the newest members of BIS. Mr. Garza brings a wide range in financial services knowledge and experience. Having grown up along the Gulf Coast he offers expertise in marine construction as well as marine environmental knowledge.
With a background in financial planning, Mr. Garza is well versed in financial strategies that help meet specifications and contract requirements for projects of any proportion. Jimbo also helps recruit some of the best and brightest in the industry to work with BIS. Prior to joining Bryant Industrial Services Jimbo worked as a Financial Advisor with New York Life, a Fortune 100 company. He serves on the board of various professional and charitable organizations like The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Texas Young Professionals.
Jimbo is on the Board of Directors for Texas Young Professionals and serves as The Charity Liaison where he diligently works along charitable nonprofit organizations around the world.
